This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

 

Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. For any parcels sent overseas, the buyer, solely accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason , and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination.

 

PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and unless marked otherwise, do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs are calculated and added separately.

Please note that for orders over 15kg, additional freight charges may apply. You will be contacted for approval prior to dispatch.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to reject any order we believe is intended for re-sale.

 

PAYMENT

Payment options provided by Tai Tokerau Honey Limited are: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, internet banking or cash in store. Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.  This purchase will be listed as Tai Tokerau Honey on your statement.

Under no circumstances are Gift Certificates redeemable for cash.

RETURNS POLICY

If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd and contact must be made within 24hours of receiving your items including details of your claim.

The following options will be made available:
Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge. 
Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase. 
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased with a Gift Certificate the customer Gift Certificate account will be credited).

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.


 

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Access to the Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the services provided. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website or try to access it other than through a web browser for the purposes of obtaining information or purchasing product. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere else using frames or other html manipulation process unless written permission has been granted by Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd. This includes logos, trademarks, or registrations.

The information accessed through this web site is to inform you on our range of products and their use. Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd does not engage in offering professional medical or health advice. SHIPPING

We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock - and we usually do - we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.  If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know within 24 hours, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund.  We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.  We send items tracked and non-signature.  If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. Please be aware that if there are no delivery instruction's left on our checkout page your parcel will be left at 'Authority to Leave". If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call. 

We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand.  If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation immediately.
